Objective: An approver's morning in one conversation: the pending queue, a full-context decision, an evidence request, and a return with named fixes. Persona: Approver Priya (+ claimant Asha for the upload). Duration: ~3 min.
Suggested narration (one segment per on-screen caption, in order):
An approver's morning starts with one question: what's waiting, and why?
Before any decision, the whole claim: the amounts, the policy checks, the
history. Context first, verdict second.
This one's clean. Approved — and the queue is one shorter.
The hotel claim is different. It doesn't need a verdict yet — it needs
proof. So ask for the document.
The clock pauses for the claimant. Nobody's performance number should tick
down while they're fetching a folio.
On the claimant's side, that request lands as an action item, with an
upload link ready to go.
The document goes straight to the claim — it never passes through the chat,
and it never touches the model.
Back at the desk, the folio is attached. And now the numbers show a
problem.
So it's returned — not rejected. The claimant gets the fixes by name, and a
way to bring the claim back.
